An antique souvenir pot of Normanton, featuring corn, a train and farming equipment. The date states "1895". Based on the stamp at the bottom, which reads "W & R Stoke on Trent - Carlton China, it is likely this is when the pot was made as it was around this time that particular stamp was used.

There is also another cute little stamp 'D. Adams Stationer Normanton", who is likely to have been the person to have sold this Souvenir.

Considering the pot is over 120 years old, it is in great condition. There are no chips cracks, or crazing. There is some wear yo the gold gilding on top but the image is still in great condition.

Measures

Height 4cm

Diameter 3cm

This would make a great gift for a collector or for someone who lives in Normanton, as a little piece of history in their home.
