An antique square tea tin dating from the 1920s–1930s, decorated with an exotic desert scene featuring camels, palm trees, and figures set against a striking sunset background. This type of design was commonly used by British tea companies in the early 20th century to evoke the distant origins of their tea blends.
The tin has a hinged lid and retains good colour, with some age-related surface wear and interior patina consistent with its age. The lid still opens and closes well, and the structure is solid.
A highly collectable advertising tin with strong Art Deco/Orientalist style, perfect for collectors of antique tea tins, kitchenalia, or early 20th century advertising packaging.
