Beautifully detailed cast iron door knocker, hand painted by me in aged bronze tones with a soft patina that gives it a real vintage feel. It’s got all the character of an old French piece – scrolls, flourishes and that lovely timeworn texture that just gets better with age.
The paint finish includes soft greens and weathered touches to highlight the detail and mimic a naturally aged metal. It’s perfect for period homes, garden gates or even to style up a hallway wall as a decorative hook.
Made from solid cast iron so it’s got a lovely weight to it, and a satisfying sound when used as a door knocker. Fixing holes are ready to go – you’ll just need to add your own screws depending on the surface.
