An original Mazawattee Tea tin dating from the early 20th century. This rectangular hinged tin is decorated on both sides with colourful lithographed designs of butterflies and flowers, framed with a trellis motif. The lid is stencilled with “Mazawattee Tea” in green lettering.
The tin shows age-related wear, with some surface marks, litho loss and interior oxidisation, but remains structurally sound and retains much of its decorative detail. A collectable piece of British advertising history, ideal for display in a kitchen, pantry, or with a vintage tea collection.
