Mid century solid brass hand bell stamped Made in England inside. Traditionally, a bell of this size would have been used in the home to call family members or household staff to the table, or placed on a shop or guesthouse counter as a service bell.
It features a lathe-turned handle and domed bell body with the original metal clapper still in place, producing a clear ring.
