Very romantic hand painted, distressed book case.
I painted this piece by layering lots of clay paint colours and then peeling them back, to give a very romantic, earth vibe. As though the colours had taken many years to peel away. A little bronze gilding wax has then been added to some of the details, to create that extra touch of glamour.
