This antique brass coal scuttle dates from approximately 1880. Crafted with hand-riveted construction and a curved front lip, it was traditionally used to store and pour coal for open fires. It features a solid brass body, fixed carry handle, and a side grip for practical use.

This piece is unmarked, with authentic signs of age and patina, making it ideal as a decorative log holder or rustic interior accent. Also suitable for use as an umbrella stand, log wood storage or as an interesting planter!
