Antique Victorian solid copper candlestick from the 19th century, standing 28cm tall. It features a traditional baluster stem, flared drip tray and a wide circular base with a fine beaded edge. The underside is lined with aged green baize, typical of 19th-century craftsmanship to protect polished furniture surfaces.
The copper surface is in good condition for its age with only light surface wear and a small amount of natural age-related marking. It holds a standard taper candle (2cm).
