Vintage solid brass figural bell in the form of a Dutch lady in traditional dress. She is shown wearing a tall bonnet and full skirt, typical of historic Dutch folk costume. Bells like this were made mid 20th century as souvenir or decorative miniature bells.
The bell has its original metal clapper inside and rings clearly. Cast in brass with simple stylised features and age-related patina.
