All items must be paid for in full, before delivery can be arranged.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for all commissions, before work can begin. The remaining amount must be paid prior to delivery & must be paid 2 weeks after work is completed. You will be provided with a start-date & estimated timeframe for how long the work will take to complete.
Please ensure that you provide full details when requesting a quote for a commission. Should the item arrive and additional work be required, I reserve the right to alter the price. Additionally, should there be a design change request once a price has been agreed, then the price may also be changed.

Please keep in mind that all items are preloved and vintage & therefore may show some signs of age. I personally feel this adds character & history to a piece & all my hand painted pieced are finished to a professional, high-quality. Please don't expect a factory-style finish.

I have made every effort to take photographs that are true to the colour and character of a piece. However, colours may vary slightly depending on your display settings.
Should you request a commission, I will happy send you paint swatches for you to select the colour(s) of your choice.

Digital downloads & perishable items are non-refundable.
