Deliveries & Returns
There is a standard rate of £65 to the Mainland UK for furniture, unless stated otherwise. Small items are delivered free of charge and the delivery cost of canvases will vary, dependent on the size of the canvas.

After a furniture order has been placed I will be in touch to arrange a date for delivery. I use a trusted courier, who allows me to book in deliveries for set dates. However, there are times where I may have to use another courier, and flexibility around dates will be required. I will be in touch should the need for flexibility arise. Particularly to more remote areas.

Please allow between 1-4 weeks for furniture deliveries. All items will be packaged with the environment in mind & will be packaged with recycled, reusable or biodegradable packing supplies where possible. This means there will be a variation of furniture blankets, paper bubble wrap, recycled bubble wrap, cardboard & shrink wrap used.
You may notice when your item arrives that these supplies have been previously been used. That is because I like to recycle where possible.
Can you please also let me know prior to delivery should the courier need to be aware of any access issues.

Please note if you are ordering outside of the UK, you will be responsible for any duty tax.

Should you want to return your item, please let me know within 2 weeks of receiving the item & return within 4 weeks of receiving the item. Sender will be responsible for arranging and cost of the delivery.

In the unfortunate & rare event an item arrives faulty, please get in touch immediately (within 24 hours) so that a resolution can be found, in regards to whether or not the item can be repaired or will need to be returned.
If possible, please inspect the item while the courier is there, to check if there are any issues.
