This is an original 1986 Playmates Cricket talking doll, complete with her box, instructions and two cassette tapes. She is in full working order – her sound is clear and her eyes and mouth move smoothly in sync with the tape, exactly as they should.
She is in very good vintage condition overall. Her outfit shows light cosmetic wear such as minor marks on the skirt, which could likely be washed if desired. Her hair is full and retains its original curls, though it may benefit from a gentle brush. Her internal mechanism is clean, and the battery compartment is in good condition.
The box shows notable wear and tear due to age, but it is still present and provides useful reference and collectability. The extra tape and original instruction booklet are included, making this a great example of the 1986 release.
