A beautifully made fine bone china jug by Aynsley, England, featuring a vibrant cornflower design in blue with green foliage and a richly detailed border around the scalloped rim. Finished with gilded accents on the rim and handle, this small milk or cream jug was likely made circa 1930s–1950s.
It holds approximately 100ml of milk, making it ideal for afternoon tea settings or small gatherings. It’s also a lovely piece for collectors or to repurpose as a tiny vase or decorative accent.
In very good condition with no chips, cracks or crazing. Colours remain bright, and the gilding is intact. Some light wear around the base rim, as expected with age — see photos for details.
