A c1950s Pelham Puppets SS Girl marionette, featuring a painted wooden head with makeup-style details, blonde yarn hair, red felt scarf, cream blouse, and green felt skirt with two white applique flowers. She has the classic Pelham rounded shoes and cheerful styling typical of the early SS range.
Condition: In good vintage condition with light signs of age. The head and hands show minor scuffs, the blouse and scarf have some fraying, and the felt skirt shows gentle wear. Strings are present and she seems to move well.
I have untangled the strings before listing and will try my best to pack them as tangle-free as possible for shipping, though I cannot guarantee there won’t be a little adjustment needed on arrival. The strings are vintage and original, and they have not been tied by me.
