Pair of vintage pewter bottle stoppers with finely cast bird designs — one modelled as a pheasant and the other as a partridge or quail. Each has a detailed grapevine and leaf border around the pewter collar and a natural cork base.
The pewter has a soft aged patina with light surface wear consistent with age and handling. The corks show natural ageing and some surface marks but remain intact and well-fitted.
