A finely cast brass Tibetan Buddhist Vajra Ghanta ritual bell, likely dating from the late 19th to early 20th century. The handle features a five-pronged vajra finial above a serene deity face, symbolising the union of wisdom and compassion in Vajrayana practice.

The bell is richly decorated with traditional drapery motifs and raised patterns, while the interior is etched with an intricate mandala design — a sacred geometric symbol representing harmony, balance, and spiritual unity. The clapper is suspended by rope, consistent with long monastic use and care over time.

When rung, the bell produces a loud, crisp, and satisfying tone — almost musical in quality — with a clear resonance that carries beautifully.

A genuine ritual object showing authentic age and patina, with traces of long devotional use.
