This one’s a real eye-catcher – a cast iron door knocker hand painted by me in layers of deep blue, purple and silvery tones that shift with the light. It’s got a subtle iridescence to it, almost like aged enamel or weathered metal that’s been kissed by time.
The style is full of vintage French scrollwork – elegant, a bit dramatic, and totally unique. The aged effect brings out all the lovely detail in the cast iron, and it’s got a nice weight to it too. Great for a cottage door, period home or even just as a decorative piece indoors.
It has holes pre-drilled ready for fitting – just add your own screws depending on where you're mounting it.
