Ihagee Exa II 35mm SLR camera, circa early 1960s, made in East Germany (GDR). A well-built and iconic single-lens reflex camera from Ihagee, known for their Exakta and Exa systems.

Fitted with a Meyer-Optik Görlitz Domiplan 50mm f/2.8 lens, using the Exakta bayonet mount. A classic East German lens, now appreciated for both its vintage character and adaptability to modern digital systems.

The camera is in clean, good vintage condition overall. It has not been film tested, however the mechanics appear to be moving as they should when operated. Please note one film spool is missing.

The camera fits securely within its original Exa-branded leather case, which shows age-related wear and is missing its straps. Despite this, the case still protects the camera well and adds to its collectable and display appeal.

A strong decorative and collectable piece, suitable for a vintage camera collection, interior display, studio prop or shelf styling.
