Ilford Sportsman 35mm camera, circa 1950s, made in Western Germany. A well-proportioned mid-century camera with classic industrial styling, branded Ilford to the top plate and Sportsman script to the front.
Fitted with a Dacora Kamerawerk Reutlingen Vario 45mm f/3.5 lens, with manual aperture and shutter speed controls typical of post-war consumer cameras. Metal body with black textured covering and a compact, solid feel.
The camera comes with its original Ilford leather case, which adds to its collectability and display appeal.
