A charming mid-century lidded mustard or condiment pot from the Langley Sherwood range, made in England during the 1960s. This little pot features a rich olive green glaze with the signature horizontal ribbing and a snug-fitting lid with a spoon notch.
Perfect for serving mustard, chutney or jam, and a lovely addition to a rustic or studio pottery table setting.
It stands approx. 9cm tall with a base diameter of 5.5cm.
In excellent vintage condition with no chips or cracks. The piece is unmarked, which is typical of early production runs of the Sherwood range. Identical to marked examples in both glaze and form, likely dating to the early to mid-1960s.
