A sweet and romantic side table with a softly distressed finish.
This piece is originally Edwardian and has been given a full makeover using layers of Chalk Mineral Paint in warm pinks and whites. The paint has been gently distressed to reveal the layers underneath, giving a lovely faded, rustic feel. I’ve finished it with a clear wax to seal and protect the surface, with a little brow wax for age.
It’s slim and elegant, with tall tapered legs and original brass drop handles. The perfect size for a hallway, beside a bed, or as a side table in your living space. It’s a practical piece, but also full of character—ideal if you’re looking to add a bit of romantic charm and colour to your home.
