A characterful pair of vintage fireplace bellows, dating to around the 1950s and still fully functional. The front panel features a raised brass tavern scene inspired by traditional Flemish and Dutch folk art, with figures gathered around a table in a rustic interior. These decorative bellows were popular mid-century hearth accessories and add a real sense of warmth and history to a fireside setting.
The body is made from dark-stained wood with riveted leather and an aged brass nozzle. They still blow air well, with the leather remaining intact and the valve operating as it should. Ideal for cottage interiors, traditional fireplaces, country homes and folk-inspired décor.
