Vintage bottle opener with a wooden barrel shape, with stamp "IDEAL - D. Patent".
 A very lovely, rustic piece.
In very good vintage condition, however as with all vintage pieces, there are some signs of wear, such as a few scuffs on the metal. I have waxed the wood, which has conditioned it and will protect it, making it water resistant.
